Privacy Policy

Last updated August 5, 2026

Effective August 5, 2026. This policy explains what JAMD Technologies collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

JAMD Technologies (“we”, “us”) operates jamdtech.com and the apps and services listed on it. Our mailing address is [BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS]. For any privacy question, write to mike@jamdtechnologies.com.

What we collect

Category What it includes Why
Contact form data Name, email address, message, and the product you selected To answer your enquiry and keep a record of the conversation
Server logs IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, timestamp Security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing faults
Account data Whatever you provide when signing up for a paid service To operate the service you purchased

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
  • We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted support.
  • We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Cookies

This site sets cookies only where they are functionally required — for example, to keep you logged in if you have an account with us. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Third parties who process data for us

We use a small number of service providers to run this site. Each one only receives what it needs:

  • Our support desk (FreeScout) — receives contact form submissions so we can reply and track the ticket. It is self-hosted on infrastructure we control.
  • Our hosting provider — stores the site and its data.
  • Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests these directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address.

How long we keep things

Support conversations are retained for as long as they remain useful for supporting you, and then deleted. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email mike@jamdtechnologies.com and we will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell personal information as that term is defined by those laws.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

This site is served over TLS, and access to support and account data is restricted to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and — where the change is significant — tell you directly.
